Product Description

This Corning 96-Well EIA/RIA micro plate is tested on a lot-to-lot basis and the certification results for each lot are made available upon request by contacting local Corning Life Sciences offices. Not treated (or medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions. The micro plate is suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface. Binding capacity is approximately 250ng of mouse IgG/sq. cm. It has a total well volume of 360µL and a recommended working volume of 75 to 200µL. Conforms to standard micro plate footprint and dimensions. Non-sterile. Lid Available Separately. Material: Polystyrene. Plate Format: 96-Well. Plate Feature: Standard. Plate Color: Clear.
